Description
Solvent-based, single-component, nitrosynthetic bonding agent to be mixed with fine wood dust for a fast-drying product that is easy to sand, for filling and skimming wood floors. Compared to classic solvent-based fillers, it has a weak odour that fades quickly. STUCCO EXPRESS is ready to use and does not require diluting.

Instructions
Application
- Sand the flooring with coarse- and medium-grain sandpaper. Prepare a smooth mix with STUCCO EXPRESS and the required amount of sawdust from the second sanding stage.
- Apply the mix quickly with a wide stainless metal spatula, so that the highest amount possible penetrates into the cracks.
- After the product has dried - this normally takes between 15 and 20 minutes, sand with fine paper and carefully vacuum up the dust.
- Proceed to treatment using one of the Carver finishing cycles.
Tips and advice
We recommend applying at room temperature between +15°C and +35°C with relative humidity between 35% and 75%.
- During the application and drying stages, the work area must be properly ventilated.
- Important: highly flammable product. Never smoke in the vicinity of or while handling the product.
- We recommend using work gloves compliant with the EN374 standard.
