As job specifications become more detailed, the production process may have to be tailored to individual projects. This requires new finishing methods which allow: Flexibility, High application quality, Easy use, Low investment in machinery, Minimum floor requirement of the machinery.
To meet these new requirements CARVER has developed new industrial finishing cycles that are easily implemented on automatic systems.

CARVER propose a great variety of industrial finishing cycles specially developed for: Aging treatments and Decappé, Natural-oil-based Finishes (transparent or coloured, oil-wax, etc.), Waterborne Finishes, Water-UV Finishes.

AQUAFAST-UV - UV reticulation product
CARVER has put together a personnel UV reticulation, water-based painting system that, thanks to the combination of AQUAFAST-UV finish and CARRELLO UV-300 makes it possible to apply three coats of paint in just six hours and to complete the job within a single day. Ideal for private spaces, shops, offices, restaurants and public spaces in general - the AQUAFAST system makes the surface highly resistant.

AQUAFAST is a single-component, urethane-acrylate, photo cross-linkable, water based finish. Suitable for floors and other wooden surfaces. Applicable with a roller on traditional parquet floors, AQUAFAST UV offers excellent abrasion and scuff resistance, as well as to chemical agents for domestic use. It is suitable for floors exposed to strong wearing.

UV-OILPRO - Product for industrial application
For the production of prefinished wood floors: a cycle based on photopolymerizable resins for the production of oil-effect parquet flooring; We can adjust the application cycles in our laboratories especially equipped, in order to meet different customers and different plants needs.
Carver’s customer service includes the products as well as the plant engineering. Qualified experts of the two branches are at disposal for advice about the choice and use of both products and machinery.
UV-OILPRO is a product with photopolymerizable acrylic resins for the treatment of wood with an oiled effect. It provides high cohesion and elasticity, and good abrasion resistance.
